Nurse Practitioner

Your qualifications include current practicing registration in the Extended Class as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Registered Nurses of Ontario. You also have at least 3 years experience in a community setting, or combined community, hospital and/or public health environment working with inter-disciplinary teams.

Registered Nurse

You will work in collaboration with physicians, Nurse practitioners and other allied healthcare professionals. And you can make a special contribution while enjoying the opportunity for continuous learning and career growth.

Your qualifications include 3-5 years experience preferably in a community health setting working with inter-disciplinary teams, or combined with hospital and or public health environment. Experience in program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation is an asset. You are currently licensed and are in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. A valid Ontario driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and a Police Reference check are required.
