Client Coordinator/Medical Secretary
This role is a key to success of our community health centre.
This position provides administrative support and reception by performing duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments/tests, drafting correspondence/referrals and maintaining electronic charts and files. The responsible individual must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be an effective organizer and have the ability to establish their own priorities to ensure that all deadlines are met and that work flows efficiently.
You have completed a Medical Secretary Certificate program and have 2-4 years of related experience in medical secretary role in a medical office or community based health care setting.
